How far is the hotel from the centre of Livigno?

We are located in the very central pedestrianised area, full of shops and bars and directly on the ski slopes.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we accept dogs.

When will my apartment be cleaned?

The apartment is cleaned after each departure, however for daily cleaning there is a broom, dust pan and mop and bucket available.

Are sheets and towels included?

Yes, every apartment has a set of sheets and towels that are changed periodically.

What electrical appliances are provided in the apartments?

Our apartments come complete with fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, satellite TV and hairdryer.

Do the apartments have WiFi access?

Yes, every apartment has a WiFi connection.

Is breakfast included?

For guests who have booked bed & breakfast, breakfast is served at the Via Vai bar.

Where can we eat lunch and dinner? Do you have any special discounts?

Our apartment guests have special prices at our restaurant with the ApartHotel formula: book an apartment and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Via Vai restaurant.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 2.00pm, but if you arrive earlier and your apartment is ready, you can check in early. Our reception is open every day from 8.00am to 7.00pm. Check out must be no later than 10.00am. If you leave before the reception opens, we will make arrangements the day before.

In the apartments are condiments like salt, sugar and oil provided?

For health and safety reasons no food or condiments are provided.

When do I have to pay for my stay?

Payment is due during your stay.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay with ANY credit card, you can also pay in cash.
